Yes, be sure to include all charitable contributions to your church in total church income. The website will subtract any money submitted to the general treasurer for WEF or Mission Specials before applying the percentages in determining the giving goals. Once mission dollars are received by the general treasurer, they appear in the Received Fund section of the application.

The FTM application is designed for your convenience. The figure submitted when reporting church income is only used to calculate your church’s goals. If you have made a mistake, simply select Update YTD Total and enter the correct number. This will reset the total. You cannot break the website. Any mistake is easily corrected.

Yes, any contributions designated for the World Evangelism Fund, whether collected through Faith Promise or special offerings such as Easter and Thanksgiving, count toward your percentage goals when submitted to the General Treasurer. For example, First Church uses the online calculator to determine that their WEF goal is $1,200. They have received a Faith Promise gift of $1,500 designated for the World Evangelism Fund which they promptly remit to the general treasurer. Once posted, the online calculator shows the church to be $300 beyond their giving goals. The $1,500 contribution is appears in the Transaction History and Received Funds sections of the website.

To make an online contribution select the Make a Contribution link or any of the several New Contribution links throughout the application. Then select the Online Contribution Gift Center. This link redirects you to Global Treasury Service’s online contribution center. There is no need to log-in. Simply enter the desired amounts in the appropriate fields under the Allocate Your One-Time Gift to Ministries section. You may also designate gift amounts for Alabaster, Child Sponsorship, Vacation Bible School, etc. The Calculate button displays a contribution total. Select the appropriate assembly year and click Next. The next page will allow you to find your church and click Next. (Hint: The easiest search is with your zip code). Enter your church’s bank account information. For your security, the Online Contribution Center does not store any of this information. Finally, review and confirm your church’s contribution.
